INGREDIENTS 1

1 frozen pie crust.
1 package frozen broccoli, thawed.
4 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk.
1 cup shredded Gruyere cheese.
1 cup diced ham.
1/4 cup sliced green onions.
Sun dried tomatoes, julienned.
salt.
pepper.

DIRECTIONS 1 

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Make sure to use a frozen pastry pie crust.
Layer ham, broccoli, tomatoes, and cheese in the pie.
Fill the rest of the pie with the egg mixture.
Garnish with the green onions, salt, and pepper.

INGREDIENTS 2

1 frozen pie crust.
1 package frozen asparagus. thawed.
4 eggs, beaten with 1/2 cup milk.
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
1 cup Italian sausage, cooked and sliced.
Sun dried tomatoes, julienned.
1/4 cup sliced green onions.
salt.
pepper.

DIRECTION 2 

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Make sure to use a frozen pastry pie crust.
Layer sausage, asparagus, tomatoes, and cheese in the pie.
Fill the rest of the pie with the egg mixture.
Garnish with the green onions, salt, and pepper.
