Pasta with Italian Sausage and Mushrooms

1 pound mild Italian sausage, sliced
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
2 cans milk
at least 1 pound mushrooms
sliced sun dried tomatoes, chopped
Cook the sausage in a pot until done.
Sauté the mushrooms and garlic in some of the sausage fat.
Combine the cooked sausage, cooked mushrooms, mushroom soup, milk, and sun dried tomatoes in the pot.
Cook over medium heat until combined.
Add the snow peas and continue cooking for 2 minutes.
Remove the pot from the heat and add the scallions.
Serve over pasta.
